Perhaps the marquee event at NEACR, the Biennial Regional Conference has been attracting hundreds of conflict resolution practitioners over the past several years. Not only is the event well known for featuring a highly acclaimed key note speaker, it has become notorious for the plethora of workshops run by local practitioners, as well as networking opportunities for its attendees.

The 2017 NEACR Biennial Conference carried the theme, "Against the Grain: Conflict Resolution In Challenging Times" and proudly featured keynote speaker Professor Lawrence Susskind, one of the founders of both the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and the Consensus Building Institute. He led a discussion about Consensus Building in the Age of Trump: Strategies for the ADR Field, which proved not only timely but engaging and intriguing for all in attendance.

Joining the keynote speaker was a stellar roster of presenters and workshops. The 2017 lineup featured a jam packed day of theory, discussion and conflict resolution excitement. Click here to view the complete agenda with individual workshop titles, descriptions and presenters.

If you are interested in attending the next Biennial Regional Conference, check back in the summer of 2019 for more details, including the list of presenters and workshop titles.
