Learn to manage conflict, develop communication and negotiation skills, and understand creative problem solving strategies in a highly interactive learning environment.

The NSCMC Basic Mediation Training provides in-depth coverage of the mediation process and the principles of conflict management through presentations, exercises, discussions and role-plays. The training complies with the MA Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) Uniform Rules on Dispute Resolution and meets the requirements of Mass General Laws, Chapter 233, section 23C to establish mediator confidentiality.

The training will be conducted by North Shore Community Mediation Center's professional, experienced lead trainers and coaches.

Training will be held at Salem State University. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants, so register today. CEUs and PDPs will be awarded upon request.

The training schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, 7/14/15, 4:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday, 7/17/15, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday, 7/18/15, 8:00am - 5:30pm
Tuesday, 7/21/15, 4:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday 7/24/15, 8:00am - 5:30pm

The cost of the training is $595 for those who register before June 26 and $650 for those who register after June 26 (cash or check payments only).
