Dispute Resolution Section Inaugural Reception/Massachusetts Bar Association

Providing relevant guidance for more than 20 years, the ADR Standing Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association will launch its inaugural year as a full Section of the MBA for the 2016-17 Association year. Under the direction of long-time industry leader and Chair, Attorney Brian Jerome, Vice Chair Sarah Worley, and 19 additional pace setting Council members, the new Dispute Resolution Section is geared to attract both dispute resolution users as well as ADR practitioners, and will offer many beneficial opportunities to you for collaboration and education in our shared field.

Dispute resolution has come a long way! Recollection of 1980’s perspectives that dispute resolution had modest viability as a practice area is but a distant gleam in the eyes of the thousands of practitioners, attorneys, insurers, business people, and consumer laymen who employ dispute resolution in everything from routine to complex cases of all varieties.
