In the third of three March teleseminars, 

Melissa Brodrick will discuss her work as the ombuds at Harvard Medical, Dental, and Public Health Schools. Brodrick, who has been a mediator, facilitator, and trainer in dispute resolution since 1985, has worked with Harvard's Law School, Kennedy School of Government, and School of Public Health; Fortune 500 companies; state and federal agencies; and nonprofit groups. She has served as executive director of the Massachusetts Association of Mediation Programs and Practitioners, director of the Children's Hearings Project, and mediator of educational appeals for the Massachusetts Department of Education.
