Conflict Intervention for Managers & Supervisors/The Mediation and Training Collaborative

Many managers and supervisors report they spend more than 40% of their time handling disputes. Most also say they find conflict intervention stressful. 

Led by Susan Hackney, mediator, conflict resolution trainer and communication coach, this one-day workshop introduces tools that managers and supervisors can use to change conflicts into opportunities to boost effectiveness, productivity and morale while decreasing the pressure and stress of intervention.
