Mediation on the Go: The Art of Informal Mediation/Community Mediation, Inc., of New Haven, CT

This training program is designed for people who deal with day-to-day conflicts between others in which a formal sit-down mediation is either impossible or unnecessary. Parents, for example, mediate fights between their children. Social workers mediate conflicts between family members, educators mediate between students, law enforcement personnel manage fights between neighbors, and supervisors often mediate between direct reports who just can’t get along.
