This activity-based training is designed to build skills in team participation and leadership. Using procedures that contribute to group effectiveness and productivity, participants will look at their own teamwork and interaction styles and engage in a goal-directed team experience.

This training will emphasize practical approaches and insights that participants can use on the job in teams, committees, and work groups.
