The Power of Dialogue offers an exploration of Reflective Structured Dialogue, an intentional communication process marked by its capacity to reduce threat and foster mutual understanding across lines of deep difference. Through immersion in an extensive case simulation, participants will learn about the dynamics of polarization and conflict and explore modes of communication that promote trust, re-humanize opponents, and shift relationships. All these are key steps in building strong communities. Come develop your dialogue design and facilitation skills.
