The Mediation & Training Collaborative (TMTC) is offering a 34-hour, five-session Divorce Mediation Training in collaboration with the Holyoke Community College Center for Business and Workforce Development.

This training addresses the legal and emotional aspects of divorce, including the division of assets and debts, parenting issues, working with gay and lesbian couples, agreement writing, and mediator ethics.

Dates: May 3, 4, 5, 18, and 19

May 3: 3-8 pm

May 4, 5, 18 & 19: 9 am- 5:30 pm

Fee: $825 (includes coached practice sessions, manual, social work CECs or attorney CAFL CLEs, parking and refreshments)

Early-registration fee (postmarked by April l): $775

Pre-requisite: Basic Mediation Training.
