NE-ACR's Summer Institute, titled "Secrets of a Successful Workshop: Design and Delivery," is for conflict resolution scholars and practitioners interested in adding -- or polishing -- training skills.

Presented by Joe Brummer of Community Mediation, Inc.. the day will include information about how to design content for specific audiences; meet clients' real needs; market your workshop widely and effectively; revitalize role plays; understand the different ways people process information; and take complete advantage of new technology.
