NYSDRA’s 2013 Annual Conference offers experienced trainers the opportunity to promote their expertise and share their knowledge with the dispute resolution field. Specifically we would like to develop tracks in the following areas: Community/CDRC, Family & Divorce, Workplace and Commercial.

We particularly would like to focus at our conference on new, creative and innovative ways in which our
chosen profession can serve the interests of an ever-growing sphere of the public, which recognizes and is
demanding a solution to the over-burdened court and litigation systems. Workshops providing skills and/or
resources which can be implemented immediately are preferred.

Key Dates:
May 1, 2013: Workshop proposal due. Please e-mail your proposal in Microsoft Word or PDF formatted
attachment to carla@nysdra.org
May 24, 2013: Workshop selection completed and presenters contacted via e-mail
July 1, 2013: Faculty registration form and payment due
September 27, 2013: Conference materials & handouts due in electronic form. NYSDRA will compile all conference handouts, power points and additional readings for electronic distribution to all conference attendees. **All presenters will be responsible for providing sufficient materials/handouts for

their workshop attendees.**
October 27, 2013:Welcome Reception to kick-off the conference
October 28, 2013: Workshops held in Albany, NY
