ConRes 631: Family and Divorce Mediation with Instructor: Jeanne Cleary

This summer course will address the legal, financial, relational / psychological, and child-focused dimensions of family and divorce mediation. It will offer students an overview of the relevant practice considerations and issues in providing family and divorce mediation to families in transition at various stages of change. Core materials to divorce mediation will be presented, however this course is not designed to prepare mediators to conduct divorce mediation without further training, supervision, or partnering with an experienced mediator.

The course fee is $1425

Offered by the Graduate Programs in Conflict Resolution through the College of Advancing and Professional Studies (CAPS) at UMass Boston, this course is open to both matriculated and non-degree students.
