On Thursday, June 20, 2013, the Chief Justice of the Trial Court, Robert A. Mulligan, announced the latest revisions to the Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines which became effective on August 1, 2013. The task force reviewed and updated the existing Child Support Guidelines with the hope of "producing guidelines based on the current economic climate for families raising children in Massachusetts." The resulting changes were significant and affect every aspect of the guidelines from the standards to the formula itself.

On Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM, Justin L. Kelsey, a mediator and divorce attorney from Framingham, will explain these changes and how you can expect them to affect your mediation cases.
