The ADR & the Law 2013 Conference is certain to lead to lively dialogue, discussion, and debate among attorneys, ADR providers, and experts in many different disciplines. The event will feature keynote speaker, Ken Feinberg, appointed to distribute the Boston One Fund for the Boston bombing victims, who discusses his compelling experiences with victim compensation funds. There will also be three plenary sessions, each with ample time for open discussion, that will provide attendees with opportunities to discover how developments in these related disciplines enhance and enrich the practices of mediation, arbitration, negotiation, litigation, collaborative law, coaching, and conflict management.
