The Harvard Book Store will welcome Douglas Stone and Sheila Heen of the Harvard Negotiation Project for a discussion on their latest book, Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well.

Co-authors of the international bestseller Difficult Conversations, Stone and Heen have spent much of the past ten years working with businesses, nonprofits, governments, and families to determine what helps us learn and what gets in our way. Their newest book is destined to become a classic in the world of leadership, organizational behavior, and education.

The event on March 4 at the Brattle Theatre will be followed by a reception, open to all ticket holders, at a nearby location to be announced at the event. Books will be for sale at both the Brattle Theatre event and at the reception to follow with the co-authors.
